Asohan Ponniah, B.Sc(Physics), University of Malaya

He is a Senior ASQ (American Society for Quality), with over 20 years of experience in Operation, Technical & Process Management. He is a trainer for ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, AS9100D, ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 14001:2015.

He is an expert in identifying common causes for equipment/controller failures, related to maintenance and electrical system. He knows the error and signals failure and related troubleshooting required to lower board(MCB) and display panel.

He was trained in DC Motor operations, diagnosing and maintenance. He services the armature and when required recommends cost savings repairs related to wounding (recoiling) or motor services.

He was the Secretary with a condominium and support the management in house rules, legal advice, lift maintenance and gym repair services.

Baskaran Narayanan, with Diploma in Electrical, 1975 from TAFE college with AO certified and also a charge-man certified by Suruhanjaya Tenaga

Senior Technician, with an A0 charge-man certificate, with 40 years of experience in electrical and mechanical systems. He is an experienced facility technician with experience in 5S and safety requirements.

  • Worked over 40 years in the electrical and wiring circuit for equipment
  • Responsible to transfer types of equipment from Germany and initiated installation based on the local power station requirements.
  • Experts in pump and water treatment requirements
  • Expert in AC motor repair and cost-saving techniques.
  • Hand-on experience to train and retrain technicians in motor, wiring, installation, and mechanical repair works.
  • Ability to diagnose speedily a failed component and identify the operating specifications.

Others

FoliageField has the knowledge of repairing and upgrading known faulty electronic boards found on most treadmills, elliptical and equipment which has those sophisticated panels, etc.

Even old aged boards whereby most replaceable components are not found anymore, we have the capability to look for an equivalent and get it working. Our success rate on getting old, difficult to find spares, to a working condition has been about 70 percent.
