Asohan brings a scientific approach to gym maintenance. Holding a B.Sc in Physics from the University of Malaya, he is a Senior ASQ professional with over 20 years of experience in technical management.

  • Expertise: Root cause analysis of controller failures, signal error diagnosis, and ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards.
  • Specialization: Lower board (MCB) troubleshooting, display panel logic, and DC motor diagnostics.
  • Condo Experience: Former Secretary for a JMB, providing him deep insight into condominium management needs.

Baskaran Narayanan (Senior Electrical Technician)

With over four decades of hands-on experience (since 1975), Mr. Narayanan is certified by Suruhanjaya Tenaga as a qualified Chargeman (A0).

  • Expertise: High-voltage electrical wiring, facility circuitry, and pump/water treatment systems.
  • Specialization: AC Motor repair specialist, German equipment transfer, and cost-saving component refurbishment.
  • Legacy: A mentor to our junior technicians on precise operating specifications.
